One of my most profound DMT experiences was the second S.H.E. (if memory serves), with Raag Lalit softly in the background (played by Hariprasad Chaurasia and Anindo Chatterjee).
But after inhaling, the music became completely unrecognizable and shattered, like 'bli-bli-bli-bli-bli-rrrrrrrr-gagagagag. I tried to turn it off but couldn't remember the operations, or even recognize the apparatus. Managed to crawl back to the couch and let 'them' do their blissful work on me.
The elves seemed to appreciate the music after all, like it was part of an appropriate welcome along with the Palo Santo and other preparations
Dj ojawaris album kalaidascope used to be my edfault. Beautiful jazzy hiphop beats.
Shpingles ne album was a lot of fun the other night. Particularly the track strange planet.
I also enjoy listening to mingolian throat singing or the crouching tiger hidden dragin sound track.
Another favorite of mine is trey anastasio (of phish) with the scorchio quintent doing a rendition of divided sky. Broufht tears to my eyes many times after a voyage.
Silence is golden though. Listen to the song of yourself
I've been saying it for years ultimately no music is really the best zone.
Honestly some of the "music" you people suggest is downright appalling and horrible. Some of the stuff that has become associated with DMT is the last stuff on the planet I would ever combine with it.
Frankly prerecorded music becomes a distracting annoyance once your seriously crossing the threshold into hyperspace.
To each his own but I encourage people to try it with no music.
This goes sooooo well when blasted on audiophile headphones in a dark closet, started right after vaping all 70mg of a 1:1:1:1 spice:harmala:caapi-leafeppermint leaf changa blend taken in all at once via a well-done gravity-bong hit. Just let back, relax, and go back to 1945 for a while....
