DMT not working for me anymore

Not sure what if it could be a tolerance or incorrect administration method but I have had experiences before, including breakthroughs. Just recently I cant seem to go anywere. I've tried with changa and fb in various tools. I measure doses ~30mg resulting in only a mild temporary head buzz. Any insight will be much appreciated.
 
Tell us your method of vaporizing freebase DMT, what kind of screen and lighter do you use etc. Could be about the amount of DMT entering your blood.
 
I'm currently going through the same thing, the last time i was able to breakthrough was about 6 months ago. At 30mg i experience the same thing you described, at 40mg i have slight closed eye visuals, & at 50mg the visuals are more intense & sometimes i can see hyperspace but I'm not fully there.

I have used a glass tube with brillo in the end to load fb in (something like a mini machine) with both a torch and a bic lighter.

Also used glass pipe and bong with the ash sandwich method, both torch and bic.

All the methods have got me to breakthrough before with 25-30mg fb, I'm quite sure I am inhaling the same way as before.

How old is your dmt and how has it been stored?

2 months and stored in a plastic black film canister
 
Same thing happening to me. I got over my 'honeymoon period' 3-4 months ago and only partake 2-3 times a month since then. It just ends up being the same trip over and over again.
 
Maybe ur like me, i need to vaporize 100mg dmt in my gvg to get mild visuals for 5 minutes. (amazing insights tho)

Really sounds like you just need to intergrate ur past experiences more. Some kind of mental tolerance. I wonder, what is the reason you are smoking? Perhaps you don't need DMT for that. Maybe when you fixed that, then you can smoke dmt again like you used to do.

Holy moly, are you sure you're not getting leakage, having enough temperature, holding it in for long enough time etc.? Something must be wrong in the technique... Maybe you should try taking it all in in single inhalation and keeping it over 10 seconds in the lungs?

What screen do you use? Have you tried stainless steel or copper scrubber mesh screen(proper size)?

Have you had before strong effects from 25mg for example(brekthrough dose for many, me included)


There are many factors that could cause no success with vaping even with the GVG.

I don't think so, please give a source for this. Because all oxidized DMT I've used is equally intense visually as white DMT. I don't see any reason why oxygen would make your DMT less visual.

Yeah, this doesn't sound like a sensitivity/tolerance issue so much as a vaping technique issue. There's any number of things that can be going wrong as tele points out. And when your vaping technique does improve, I hope you won't have 100mg in the GVG because it'll be bound to be way too much to bargain for.

I don't think so, please give a source for this. Because all oxidized DMT I've used is equally intense visually as white DMT. I don't see any reason why oxygen would make your DMT less visual.

I simply made a herb bed with a bunch of screens , next time i'll try to make a proper mesh screen because i'm sure some dmt melted into the pipe.

There must be some kind of mental barrier tho, because even Ayahuasca served by Santo daime only lasted me for about 20 minutes total. But you are right, my smoking method needs some work. I'll be sure not to vape 100mg next time. :| I just got so excited i coulden't help myself to just load up the pipe with everything i had left. Worth it, but 25mg breakthroughs sound a hell of a lot better.

I tried that method and it doesn't work very well.

Just get some chore boy copper scrubbers(on ebay or locally) for example and make them into disc size of the bowl, make it perfect size, so it is gently pressed inside. Press it together slightly so it's not too loose and make it 3-6mm thick, and boom. Just test it out with light doses first.

Make a cone to pour the DMT in the middle, then melt it by applying little heat. Then get ready8)
good luck, if you have questions about the method then ask. If you do everything correctly and at least try to take it in single inhalation, you'll need only 20-30mg to reach "that weird place".

I hope this is not the case, I'm going to take a month break and see what happens. After reading the link that endlessness posted I think it may have something to do with set/setting as the one time i was able to get visuals they were very dark. My best experiences have been in the presence of some friends, maybe I am just not able to smoke alone.
