I notice his blood levels of THH seem high, does that mean it has a long half life?

this is known to be a dangerous combination, with heart palpitations reported..and why the combination of harmalas with 5meo is usually advised against..
DMT was only 0.02mg/L..a fairly minor component of whatever was ingested..

could lead to MAOI overload at synapse, serotonin syndrone, dangerous haert interactions with dietary amines..this is the a known dangerous combination..especially at higher doses
