DMT resin?

Could I hit my pipe to smoke any type of resin in the stem?
I haven't had much luck breaking through so I think that it might also be running down the stem and not getting consumed.

I have heard of breakthroughs from DMT resin, I suppose it depends on how much resin you have.

recently ran hot grain alcohol through vape. kept recurculating it through and saving. collected dark liquid that evaporated into a black tar .
It looks deadly . I'm sure its very potent haven't tried it yet .

Clean your pipe with a nonpolar solvent (naptha, xylene, limonene) and evap. Resulting stuff should be smokable.

If you havent had luck breaking through I would rather suggest changing smoking methods.. Try sandwiching the dmt between herbs, or infusing some herbs by dissolving dmt with alcohol and evapping on them in a 1:1 ratio. Also try a bong instead of a pipe (or check out the vaporgenie)

SWIM's girlfriend just got back from cleaning up their old apartment and hopefully has the pipe and will have to try what you say.

I have had a little experience with resin. IME It definately is very active. The problem I have had with it is how to tell how much your consuming. The potency of it is very inconsistant. I have had some experiences with it where one big hit was like vaping 50mg + for me thats allot. Other times only very light effects.

I like to take the resin and put it on some parsley and put a little more parsley on that. Hold the flame away from it, dont put the flame right on it until the very end.

This reminds me, once SWIM was smoking mimosa bark in his water bong long ago. He was smoking it over and over all day trying to get an effect from it. Eventually at the base of the bong a bunch of DMT collected. It was enough for a full blown DMT trip from 1 inhalation. SWIM was shocked when he inhaled it. He had no idea that so much DMT would have collected at the bottom of the bowl like that. The spent ashes from the mimosa were collecting it.

Since then, SWIM only smokes things like DMT in a glass pipe so he can see exactly what's there, so there are no surprises from hidden collections of DMT.
