No, but it does destroy your nervous system. I doubt you'll have been consuming enough hexane for it to affect your teeth even if it did have an erosion effect (which it doesn't).
Have you been exposed to significant amounts of hexane recently? Maybe its effects on your CNS have caused you to become sloppy with diet and/or oral hygiene? Have you been using fluoridated toothpaste? Don't listen to the hippies - use fluoridated toothpaste!!
Beyond that, it would be necessary to know rather more about your dietary and oral hygiene practices, as well as any other substances you may have been exposed to, such as excessive levels of acidic materials.
