Does USA customs sieze over an ounce of of cappi?

I want to purchase this peru red vine B. Cappi from this website B. Caapi (Peru) - Powdered Red Vine do you think it will be a waste of time & money as in will US customs sieze it? One more vauge question what is the strictness of being found trying to purchase ethobotnicals?

there are american vendors if you're worried about seizures. Why are you worried about caapi being seized? Both the plant, and the active compounds in caapi are not controlled or regulated in the USA.
