whats your take on dpt? oral or sniffed? whats it like and how does it compare to dmt? in what ways is it spiritual?

I have a couple hits left of a gram of DPT salt that was acquired from a research chemical supplier about 10 years ago. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be available any more. My practice has been to insufflate about 100mg. I keep something like lemonade or limeade handy to wash down the nasty chemical taste that follows. Onset follows within a few minutes. It has been a while since I've done any, but my memory is that effects build to a peak within 15-30 minutes or so and subside more or less completely after a couple hours. Very powerful psychedelic with lots of flowing, undulating visuals, sense of presence of "others", confusion of the senses (synthesia), ego-death; in short, everything we seek from a molecular ally. I have not quite had it get me to that place of totalilty of immersion in the Manifold of Potentiality that The Molecule (nnDMT) takes me to but that may be a matter of dosage, set, setting, or some other factor(s). There is a bit of a body load for me as gentle spasms of energy course through my body prompting some stretching and trembling. I like to sit in a comfortable recliner and listen to Brent Lewis's music, or lay naked with my sweetheart and undulate with her. Natural settings are wonderful but somewhat overwhelming. I like this molecule quite a bit and wish it was more easliy availabe. I'd love to try vaping some in the freebase form. I think it would be astonishing and transformative.

By the way, as far as I know this molecule is not illegal to sell or possess. I wonder if because it was designated as the eucharist for the Temple of the True Inner Light that the FDA doesn't want to open the can of worms of religious persecution that would result from trying to schedule an established religion's sacrament.

I've had the pleasure to sample this tryptamine once before in 2008 and I feel that even that one time I able to get to know it's personality quite intimately. probably 100-200mg insuffliated over thirty minutes. Profound ego-loss, and of course as with all the psychedelics the effects can be difficult to put into words. While I feel like this would be a chem to just lay down and experience like dmt, I actually went for a walk around a lake in my neighborhood at the time. I meditated in lotus position with the lake. Visuals were not geometrical, everything just looked very serene and lucid. My friend said he had a profound experience of childhood memory recall with his father, now deceased, when he was 6 years old. After walking around the lake we went back to my room and listened to some buddha bar (chillout music) and it definitely made the music seem incredibly profound and deep and I can still remember what songs were playing today and how they made me feel. After that my friend begged me to go with him to a Mexican food restaurant, and though I was hesitant and not hungry, I went with him. I had been eating there somewhat regularly and to be there on dpt was quite the humbling experience to say the least. For some time after the trip I experienced seeing Christ and crosses everywhere. all in all it was a very humbling experience and not something I have not chosen to repeat since. (I try not to do psychs too often because most of the time I am already where I want to be with my yoga and meditation)
