Electromagnetic Static

I usually only do breakthrough doses once per month combined with LSD and Psilocybin. My last treatment was Sunday night. In between treatments I use 15mg DMT every third day at bed time. I administer the DMT by using 2 pens set to 3.3v with 2 'medical grade full ceramic' cartridges simultaneously. The DMT is mixed with CBC Isolate at a 3 to 1 ratio. I preheat and pulse fire 4 seconds on 2 seconds off to prevent overheating. This method has worked very well until last night.

Last night I went for a breakthrough dose. I vaporized approximately 30mg DMT and did not breakthrough, I had CEVs but it was broken up like static and I couldn't hear the 'waveforms' that always come with use. It was like electrical interference, some kind of magnetic field. I saw occasional lines pulse through everything kind of like static on the old tube transistor television sets.

I really wonder what was going on. It didn't feel like lock out. It almost felt like an external force was interfering. Such a strange experience. Have any of you guys experienced this type of interference?

A few days before you posted this I had a series of rue tea pharma experiences that culminated in something somewhat similar to what you describe. The first was bright and clear with a lot of visuals similar to psilocybin, albeit with an abrupt cessation of effects. The second was clear visions like astral projection to a different location after an initial period fighting off weird unsightly static like a frothing mess of countless tiny spheres, each sphere having one of a large number of different colours. It only lasted a few seconds and after that the scenes were hyperreal. The third experience was dominated by the "static electric froth" and what seemed like an hour turned out to be more like three - the reverse of the usual kind of time warp and thus a small blessing, perhaps, in view of the frankly annoying nature of the experience.

The main message from all of this was that some suitable music would be necessary to fit with my intentions. For the first experience I had preloaded my "earworm memory" by listening to a lot of music beforehand specifically to avoid having to rely on music technology which often glitches out when I'm tripping. This was particularly lacking in the third and last experience which already in the execution seemed to be hurried, perfunctory, and carried out with a sense of obligation to fulfill some kind of expectation to myself along with more than a little chasing of some of the magnificence of visions - not to mention the overwhelming euphoria - that occurred in the first two sessions.

Hope you glean something of use from this. How's it been shaping up since? I decided to take a break, mull things over, give my family more time during the holidays and tidy up the house a whole lot so I guess you could call that integration

I tried a few times after as well then took a break. I have not broke through in over a month. I am going to attempt a breakthrough tonight. I came close Sunday but fell short so I am going to try again tonight. The static was just so weird. It was unlike anything I've ever experienced and really felt like an outside force was causing it.
