Important! Enforcement of sourcing talk

Due to the trend of people slowly posting more sourcing, something our attitude is very explicit about, my hand has been forced to be extremely strict about enforcing this again with iron control.

For the future this is what will happen if I see any post that mentions sourcing/buying/selling/etc., especially if I see vendor names bluntly posted as well:
  1. If you are a new member:
    1. You will get a warning with these so called "Warning points", collect enough of these -and only a few of those are required- and you will get an auto-ban!
  2. If you are an establish member:
    1. You will get a suspension for at least a month, maybe more if you are a repeated offender or have shown other unwanted behavior in the past!
  3. Your post or topic will be removed!
In the recent past we have been quietly more forgiving about this, though I see that forgiving nature only led to a trend of slowly normalized this kind of VERY unwanted behavior again.

Since this behavior can result in the closing down of the DMT-Nexus, either by me or law enforcement, we need a complete stop of this behavior and only very hard enforcement has shown to be effective. So due to this know that you have been warned and that there will be NO gray lines here.

This is meant for ALL parts of our platform, including the chat!

I assume this does not include plants / seeds / compounds with no obvious legal restrictions?

Example: "Does anyone know where I could get Ephedra gerardiana seeds?" (please do not answer; this is a genuine question with a realistic example)
Talk about live plants and seeds where you will grow your own sustainable garden is actively encouraged!

Whats about harmala seeds and for example kratom which is somewhat semi legal depending on country?
Harmala seeds can be discussed, if that vendor does not offer other processed goods.

Vendor selling processed (dried) kratom leaves cannot be discussed.

Vendor selling processed (dried) Salvia divinorum leaves cannot be discussed.

Vendors selling live Salvia Divinorum plants can be discussed if they do not offer other processed goods.

Vendor selling sustainable live Iboga pods, while not selling anything other processed plant parts, can be discussed.

It's pretty easy to see what can and cannot be discussed right? 😇

I have listed vendors for hardware to make vape cartridges. Presuming that is legit. If not, please let me know.
Discussion about legal hardware, like vapes, is allowed.

I would even go as far to encourage discussion about legit hardware since this promotes harm reduction.

What about tepezcohuite sources? (mimosa trunk bark)

It's supposed to be bunk, with a history of skincare applications, so I think it's considered legal. But recent studies have shown there is just as much if not more DMT inside. I was going to try extracting from a few sources to compare the yields, but would it be allowed to name the sources? The trunk bark sellers I've seen don't sell the root bark or anything else you'd typically find on a gray market retailer. I think most of them aren't even aware their product may contain DMT.

Since it’s not a life plant and is a dried material that, is or can be used to extract DMT from it’s not allowed.

Great—I'll continue intentionally leaving the first part out of my teks.

I'd love to share plants / cuttings at some point in my life, but I've never shipped a living thing
Thanks to all those folks who do, though.
