evaping solvent for mescal

So you base the cacti to break cell walls and release mescaline

You add the mescaline and travels to the xylene

Now my question is can you evap the solvent instead of adding hcl water to it for the hcl mescaline?

Yes, but unlike dmt, you will get an oil. Over time, if left out you would get mescaline carbonate as it salts with the co2 in the air (using seltzer water to salt also works, as its carbonate water). Or at least I've heard that from a few sources. I'm sure mescaline fb is an oil though, and generally harder to work with than a salt.

I've always been interested in doing what you say, evapping some solvent with mescaline fb in it, then scraping it up and adding an appropriate amount of hcl and mixing. Less work than salting, if you don't mind losing solvent. I use orange oil, so its harder to evap and easy to re-use. Would definitely thy this though if i had some toluene.

i have read about a method
where calcium chloride is mixed with diluted hcl to form hcl gas
can anyone confirm this btw?
then find a way to make the gass run through the xylene/toluene/limonene and you have your crystals.
I guess you can do it with a cleaning bottle like this:

Very interesting guys. If i had spare funds i would try that out.

First few pulls totaled .444mg. Doing some more pulls hopeing i can get every last mg out of my jug. A seperatory funnel would be so helpful at seperating the cacti base with from the xylene!

So the freebase mescal in the solvent can be formed to its hcl salt by mixing calcium chloride and a diluted hcl and running the produced hcl gas throught the solvent? Is that what your saying? Trying to understand it

Easy HCL Gassing

Materials

(1) Plastic Wash Bottle (chemical wash bottle!)
(1) Box of Damp Rid (calcium chloride)
Muriatic Acid (HCL)
Something that needs gassing

Method

Take the plastic wash bottle and remove the center tube that runs to the bottom. Fill the bottle 1/3 full of Damp Rid. Now carefully add muriatic acid until about 2/3 of the Damp Rid is covered. Let this sit for 2 minutes. You’re Done!

Usage

To gas you simply squeeze the wash bottle, that’s right, insert the tip of the
wash bottle into whatever your gassing and squeeze. pull the tip out before the end of the squeeze to avoid sucking whatever your gassing into the bottle. Repeat as needed. You will be surprised at the concentration and dryness of the HCL produced. You will also be surprised at how long that small amount of muriatic acid will last. Just shake the bottle every now and then and it will keep coming.
