During the freeze portion, is it common to wait 48 hours for crystals to show in 200ml of naphtha? Would it be better to have 4, 50ml jars instead?

if not much comes out after 24-48 hours in the freezer, then evap the naphtha more (like to maybe 50 ml) and then put back in the fridge
