FASW extration evaporate safe for pharma?

I was wondering if it is safe to use the evaporated water/fumaric acid/DMT and other alkaloids in fumarate salt form would be safe to use for pharma

I am thinking of adding the last (Xylene) pull of a STB on MHRB to an already made ayahuasca brew. I know there will be excess fumaric acid but not that much (maybe a gram at most).

Any Xylene would have evapourated off, but im wondering excess fumaric would do anything. Could it make me sick?

Well seeing as no one has replied to me, I did some research.

In the treatment of Psoriasis, they use doses of 120-360 mg ive read. That's in the Dimethyl ester (whatever the hell that means I don't know, I don't know too much about chemistry). If you read in that paper, it talks about flushing and diarrhea when people have bad reactions to it. I haven't read all of it but its made me think twice about eating a whole gram of the stuff

The stuff I have just says Fumaric Acid. So im guessing its not an ester? Can someone with more knowledge please enlighten me a bit.

Edit: They also talk about nephrotoxicity (as in toxic to the kindeys) of Dimethyl Fumarate. 50 mg produced "morphologic lesions of the glomeruli without reducing glomerular filtration rate" What the hell does that mean??

Its totally safe Fumaric acid is a common endogenous substance part of normal metabolism. It is also very commonly used as food additive, and taken pure in capsules in the order of a few hundred milligrams (which is more than you`d get with DMT fumarate). Also the LD50 of animals is stated in the order of a few grams per kg, meaning you`d probably need consume many many grams to have ill effects.

A dose of DMT fumarate for pharma will be somewhere around 30-300mg (start low! you never know how sensitive you are), and with dmt fumarate, only 24% of that will be fumaric acid, so even in the top range, you wont be getting too much fumaric acid.

Just make sure you dont have any xylene left, you can do a quick wash with a small amount of cold dry acetone or IPA. You can also do bufoman`s fumarate clean up by using water, as described in the wiki, to remove some excess fumaric acid FASA Alteration of Final Purification - DMT-Nexus Wiki
