is this supposed to be psychedelic ?
i really dont understand how so repetitive music can be psychedelic to you or anyone. i think before posting your music you should put some real effort in it, and only then you will get a real feedback. dont take this in a bad way but it is obvious for me that you invested very little in making this music, and thats not the way to go.

i have listened to deep techno, i have listened to minimal, and i know besides the fact that all those artist have a minimalistic approach on the arrangement working with little sounds, it was always about the small details on the sounds ( like the click of the drumbass, the whooshh on the hihat etc.) that were making the track interesting and listenable. your mix is dry and the sounds arent coherently leveled on the mixer.

anyway thanks for posting your first inspirations, my advice is to be more self critical when listening your own music. in many cases it wil only help you evolve. also depending on the sequencer you use, i can post you some tutorials on mixing, compression, eq'ing etc.

nonsense, i know its psychedelic because i wrote it. its cutting edge psychedelic techno

i can safely say that the music we are making is pure cutting edge. no one sounds like us, we are unique

psychedlia doesnt fit in a small box, it encompasses everything. ivve heard banging techno on dmt breakthrus so your argument doesnt stand up sorry man. maybbe im being biased coz its my stuff but i know whats good and whats not. peace bro i respect your point of view :)

okay, sorry if my comment came of a bit agresive or insultive. but i feel your music is still very raw and needs alot of polishing. again i didnt mean to insult or anything :) but since you posted in this thread i had to say what i said.
i dont want to go on with comparing music because we will just hang on to our subjective tastes, but my honest opiniion is that you can spice your track up, and provide her with at least more wet mix so you can get even bigger depth on the sounds. play with layering the bass drum to get it even richer, things like this that will give soul to the track.

okay than its not a premaster version as you labeled it 😁
as you know the premastered tracks are mixed finished tracks without the mastering process.which is only finishing touches like trimming of the track and adjusting level and dynamics. like you said its far from finished.

i like the evolving on the begining. i will give it a listen till the end. it was always the production and synthesis skills that amazed me in producers like this, but the composition and arrangment itself never provided me with the brain tingle :d i get from some other artists which write more complex music.is it psychedelic? yea i think it could put me in a deeper state if i was on weed listening this on headphones or good speakers. but when im sober im very analytical when listening to music and i get quickly bored.no excitment, too predictable.

Dear Nexians,

(And hello to DeMenTed and Ambivalent - I have been following your discussion and quite like how you deliberately magnify your "quarrel" so that it looks like it is like almost a fight )

What do you, Nexians, actually understand by "psychedelic music"? Do you think it is possible to somehow delimit/define it, or is it more about feelings or moods that such music arouses in us?

Thanks for your ideas
