I've only been to a psychedelic jam-band festival that is very low key (maybe 2000 people), privately owned, and held 3 or 4 times a year under different themes. There is no police, unless they're needed... which really makes for a paranoia free and open environment. I'd love to go to some bigger ones with more of an electronic scene but so far I haven't had the chance, mostly since there isn't many of those nearby.

The EarthDance festival, A global peace party, is in Lakeland Florida this year in September.

The theme this year is sacred geometry, the line up is not bad either.

Its been years since I have been to a festival and am trying my all to go to this.:thumb_up:

Anyone planning on going to this?
I know its in a different country and or city every year, has anyone been to any of the past EarthDance parties? How was it?

I've only been to one Psy festival, Goa Gil's Birthday Bash in Northern California, but it was incredible and I'm sad that I won't be able to make it out this year. Small fest on private land, no cops or formal security, and by the end of the second night the dance floor had a lingering, strong characteristically Spice smell. :d
