Final Product Contamination

This is what i believe will be my last extraction question. Just to let you guys know you all have been a great help, from selection suppliers, to choosing a tek, to everything that has to do with extraction. I couldn't have done it without you guys.

I have 2 mason jars both 2 naptha pulls each in them in the freezer. One jar has some brownish yellowish particles on the bottom. I must have sucked just a little up with the naptha pull without realizing. How will this effect my final product. Will it still be usable?

Most people I have heard of just decant (pour back and forth) between two jars until whatever (I assume lye contaminated?) liquid is left by itself in one jar and the pure naptha + spice is in the other. I would advise against anyone smoking lye-contaminated substances but I'm not sure if its been proven to be a particularly hazardous threat. If you have the time -or patience, really- try to do the decanting or drawing out with a baster/syringe before freeze precipitation. I bet it'll be worth it for your first time knowing that its totally clean!

PS: It'd be useful to know the tek you used and materials because then again, the particles could be something else: dust, for instance, if you evaporated in a room with a lot of particulate before freezing or even other alkaloids or non-active lipids.

I'm using marsofolds tek, used 3 vinegar acid cooks, and 3 300ml naptha pulls. The first pull is in one mason jar with the yellow contaminants. The second jar has my second 2 pulls and is beautifully clear. Both jars are now in the freezer turned to extra cold. It's alread started crystalising on the sides so I think it's a little bit late for more decanting. Can that problem be solved by some purifying strategy? Or did I just lose that pull

It's fine. Just re-xtalize after you scrape the crystals out in minimal naphtha.

Do you have a pipette or somthing? They are so valuble for sucking stuff like that out before you freeze.

I have a turkey baster, it worked pretty nice, I just have to pull it real real slow. Next extraction I think I'll get it right I just didn't think about it this time, thanks a lot
