started saying over and over "that's what it is, that's what it is" in my native language
Yeah, it's not always about visuals. Sometimes medicine just literally speaks to us.
This time, the nausea was less intense. It didn't appear at the beginning, it only appeared once the "bullying scenes" came up, and then it fluctuated. It became stronger towards the end, particularly when the visuals were fading.
Nausea generally intensifies when hard stuff comes up.
One can purge in a lot of ways. It's not always vomiting.
Shaking, sweating, breathing works as a “purge” too.
It's all about moving energy through the system.
Vomiting is just the most straightforward and all-inclusive
Next time, I will have the same amount of harmalas and 2.5g mimosa. I think I'm getting closer to an adequate dose for a fully immersive experience without it being too chaotic. Also, if I still don't vomit with 2.5g mimosa, I will stop having ginger. Ginger is helping me to keep it down at first, but it may be hindering the purge, and I do want to purge. I know it will feel like expelling that discarnate face with big teeth from me, that part full of rage and fear (at least in that moment).
Tea from rue seeds would give an easier purge, imo.
However, you better continue the way you're doing it now.
You can always explore rue seeds in your next circle of work.
Slow down when you reach 3g of mimosa and do a few ceremonies at that dose.
The same dose could be very different from day to day. After around 3g, mimosa becomes a bit wild.
Don't be afraid of grotesques or scary images. It's kind of her style, really.
Angels could be gentle or fierce. Both have love at heart, but presentation and vibe behind are quite different.
You can look at pictures of mimosa. The plant is quite spiky, and people use mimosa as fences in gardening.
So it's kind of protective in a sense. We use scarecrows as a scare to protect our fields, too.
Working with mimosa, you'll develop a good defense against negativity and heavy energies.
