Is it safe to do a small dose of Rue seeds and Acacia powder by myself , without a sitter ???

Hi Thierry, I saw your postings about nueropathy. Have you considered laser? Worked well for someone i knowView attachment 106643
Thanks a lot ! No , i've never heard about it ... the pains i got from Neuropatie are unbearable without the addictive compounds i have to take and would love to quit ... I'm defenatly going to check that out , Thanks again Pumpy 😉

Thanks @Transform and @Pumpy !

I've read and been told before that nothing could be done so far against Neuropatic pain , This would be awesome , i'm gonna try for sure :)

On the initial topic , what about Chacruna leafs and Rue instead of Acacia ?

Chacruna would be much better than acacia. It gets my vote. Acacia confusa is more enjoyment than pure healing, but physiologically it is unpleasant also. I had my process with it in the past. @northape 's understanding is much more fresh and he could better describe it to you. Perhaps he has already.

As I mentioned before, barks are better to be avoided for oral brews. If you have access to chacruna, there is no need to look further. It is much more healing and divine than barks.

25g could be quite strong depending on your leaf. I would find a sweet spot with rue first and then introduce chacruna slowly. You should always check the strength of your material in the first session and adapt the dosage accordingly. Ask away if you have any specific questions.

Thanks @northtape ! Good advice , as natural compounds are never even ... I will do exactly as you said (y)☺️ . Should i swallow the leafs too after drinking the tea ?

No need. You cook it with 30ml of water per 1g of dry material for 30min, strain and reduce to a drinking volume. I usually cook it for an hour to be on the safe side.
Basically, you're making a tea and the same rules apply. The only difference is the reducing stage.

I have no idea how strong your digestion is and if you require some further guidance. I actually can't easily digest chacruna and have a few extra steps to help me. Try a simple preparation first and see how your body reacts. I'd cook 30g and drink 1/3 to be on the safe side and judge the strength. You'd have 20g left to try next time if it was weak.
Drink your chacruna about 20-30min after a dose of rue (3g should do it). I can't remember if I forgot anything 😂

Thank You so much @northape , This is great ... I'm sure this is going to be quite a "change" for me ... That won't happen before next weekend .
I used to be scared to do it in the first place but i now feel very confident thanks to your advises ! ☺️ :giggle:

Nothing to be scared of if you approach it with respect and prepare beforehand. Yes, oral sessions last longer, but they are not as rapid as smoked dmt.
Rue serves as an oceanic base that accommodates fireworks from light plants and makes it all much more manageable. It may take a few attempts to fine tune it all to your body, but you will be very grateful you did it. All the best 🙏
