Is it safe to do a small dose of Rue seeds and Acacia powder by myself , without a sitter ???

@northape do you avoid drinking close to the experience and/or during it? If so, how long before do you stop drinking? I've realized I tend to drink close to it to not be dehydrated, but maybe I shouldn't.
I am not drinking a few hours before to skip excessive bathroom visits. During the experience, I usually drink a highly concentrated common sage tea.
It gives me extra energy and soothes my throat because I sing quite a lot during the ceremony. I am not really thirsty throughout, and you do not want too much liquid next to harmalas. Staying hydrated days before your session helps. Hot water with bicarbonate somehow regulates hydration, but that is anecdotal.
 
Thanks @northape ! Yes , i guess my batch isn't that potent ... I might try 35 , 40 g i guess since i've done 20 without effect ...

On the other side , i'm not going through an easy time of my life at the moment , i'm just wondering if it's the right time ? What do you think ?
It might just be the right time indeed because i'm postponing important things for a couple of years due to all the traumas i carry along for so much time ... :rolleyes:

Chacruna is good for these kinds of problems. Unlike other dmt plants, she will not push you into hyperspace but will try to work with you on fixing your life. This plant is the closest to a fine mushroom trip where you reassess your life and come out refreshed and ready for change. Just create some alone time for your work with Chacruna and go slow. Even the general boost of vitality and mental powers is worth it, in my opinion.

I am going to rest for two weeks from all the work myself. Just cook it the way I previously described (30ml pH6 water/1g material, one hour hard boil, filter, reduce to 30-50ml, enjoy). Healing is never easy. The best time to start is always NOW. Be kind to yourself, and happy holidays!
