.try asking questions with important info like "what , were , why , so on like for instant providing the type of cactus , dirent types need difrent methods , is it a matchure rooted cactus , a seedling ana cutting , on and on so no one can trlly answer your question ,,
unless you stop think provide details , also climate , season , .. no one can answer
try again , do what it is called ACOMPLETE QUESTION.. with details info ,

Germinating trich species in ag zone 9b is going 2 b the attempt. Think it is gettn warm enough.

It did , they got destroyed tho. Might try again soon.
How were you trying to germinate the seeds in 9b? were you sowing out doors?
More info on how they got destroyed might help other give some advice and feedback on how to have sucess!
Best to plan to grow under lights indoor for the first year of growth in a controlled grow!
