It makes sense, I've swapped the misting with squeezing a wet cotton bud on the internal walls of the plastic bag, that creates way more water and humidity. I'll be more careful and do it less.

Occasional misting is all you need.
It's unlikely that in your kind of setup there would be a problem with low humidity.
