Food Grade Lye

I am preparing to start my first ever extraction and have decided to try two different methods. The first being the lazymans tek, and the next go around the Cybs’ Salt A/B tek.
My question is, is Food Grade Lye an appropriate grade lye to use or should I only use one the specifies 100% Lye such as found on a drain cleaner label?

food grade 100% sodium hydroxide is ideal. Wear gloves and use eye protection . Have some Distilled white vinegar for neutralization of spills. Lye burns suck and will blind you if you are not careful.
