for all new ppl who have just begun to smoke

ive just joined this site and there is talk of sevral methods to smoke dmt and most are sufficent but there are better ways
the bong method is good for a smoother hit but u dont wan to exspose the dmt to direct flame
the light buld is headin in the rite direction but there is to much surface area but if u choose this method dont chase the dmt around angle it downward aand hold it still and will enventally vaporise
this is more of a personal note i never like sandwich with parsley or ash i felt it made the taste worse than it alrdy was
the best method i have found is a crystal meth pipe its like the lightbulb but smaller and much more efficent u can take large hits without as much taste and u arent mixing it or wasting it the crystals turn to liquid and u keep the heat on it you will start to see a small stream of smoke rise from the puddle began to inhale at a steady rate u dont have to king kong hit it just breath in the bowl will fill with smoke and enjoy you journey btw dont hold the flame directly on the glass to much carbon residue keep the tip of the flame about an half inch to an inch from the glass

ye this was my first method of smoking, works good.

But you all should really be making Changa/enhanced leaf. Much easier, and there are sooo many possible herbs to use. And tastes much better.

swim has tried them all..... and has found that flame touching the spice is bad to be a myth. It doesn't make two shits if you put it in the pits of hell as long as you inhale it.

Swim has found the best method "for him" is to take a small straight glass tube 3-5 inches long , about 1/4 inch or so in diameter... using a thick screen for the spice to melt and adhere to during smoking... place some clean cig ashes in the end of the bowl.. load it up with a couple hundred mg's of spice and hit it long and slow while sucking the flame straight down the tube... keeping the lighter on it the whole time. The hotter the flame the better... the hit should take a long time to inhale.. and should be held in 30 + seconds. 1 hit is all it takes... you WILL breakthrough hardcore everytime if you hit long and hard enough an hold it long enough.

When you start to snap out of it just relight the pipe... you can do this 3-4 times before it needs re-filled...

swim likes this method because he likes to blast off several successive times .. in a row... as soon as he's able he grabs the bowl and hits it again. Swims best experiences were using this method

People cant breakthrough because they are worried about putting 30mgs or 40mgs in the bowl.. screw that.. fill it up.. when it melts.. its not going anywhere. I mean no offense to those who use diffrent methods.. but ive been using dmt for over a decade and this is what that decade has boiled down to. Simple and to the point. Hit it with all the gusto one can muster and you wont go wrong. Peace and godspeed!

if your spice tastes bad at all... with or without herbs...you are probably burning it. After my first 2-3 dmt vaping sessions I bought a vaporgenie, which seems to make it impossible to burn spice. The taste of properly vaporized spice is almost floral.

I recently started to use the sandwich method in a bong (no help from the vaporgenie) with damiana, skullcap, lavender and peppermint (any of them alone or in some combination) and if you play the lighter correctly, you can get clean vapor (no bad taste) PLUS you get the subtle change that the different herbs applies to the experience. Scent is such a powerful thought provoking sense, the herbs can really put you in a great place just before the spice takes you completely. On the other hand, if you are burning your spice and tasting / smelling the plastic-like nastiness, it can't be a good starting point for your journey.

I do agree on the point that combining the spice with various herbs can drastically alter the experience based solely on the sense of taste and smell. However I must agree with Shulgin on this one and say that to mask the substances true taste is to mask the soul of the substance... and you are missing something. I rather enjoy the "some would call horrid" taste of spice! Godspeed!

I've never thrown more than 100mg in a bowl. I didn't start with DMT until last year at age 32, so I haven't gotten that bold with it.

As for the taste, even my ultra white re-crystalized spice by itself without herbs tastes flowery and is not harsh when vaped in my vaporgenie. (although, I am digging jorkest's jimjam a little more lately)


Spiceman, I will try your friend's method.. just so I can know what your talking about.

Enhanced leaf/changa in a water bong is SOOO smooth and wonderful!

The flame touches it for just a split second to ignite... and then as long as you can keep the cherry glowing, you will be fine... Literally foolproof.

(And, these are the words of a person who would probably get mocked for smoking like a wuss. )

if it destroyed it then i wouldn't be laying in the floor mumbling about love and seeing colors that are of other worldly spectrums and giving god a hug ... but thats just my opinion.. its not being destroyed , its being sublimated in a sense .. converted to smoke.. not vapor but smoke... hence the word smoking... i really enjoy the lung busting feeling of a HUGE hit of hot burning plastic tasting dmt smoke... cuz i know it brings great joy with it.

Honestly.. ive tried it everyway under the sun more than several times each... this is simply the best method "for me" as you are guranteed a breakthrough... if you load it up , toke it up right , and youve got good dmt... there wouldn't be anymore "trouble breaking through" threads.

really im not trying to be a smartass, just sharing my opinion .. and having used dmt in excess of atleast 10,000+ times.. it is a very humble opinion indeed.

And yes, dmt does carry a god complex.. i know i sound like a smartass here but i dont mean it that way ... but ive always heard that "dont let the flame touch it" but have always found that point null and void. The first year i smoked the spice i tried everyway possible not to let the flame touch it .. you could never gurantee a breakthrough hit by any other method than smoking it like a crack fiend. ITS A GURANTEED BREAKTHROUGH..... several times in a row if desired.

thats it gamma.. its all in what works for ya.. I dont try to force my views on anyone.. just tell them what i know works then leave it to them. Perhaps the flame does degrade some tiny amounts of the dmt .. but its NOT enough to be signifigant in ANY way. I mean when you smoke something there are alot of chemical reactions going on... im sure the fire does something here and there .. but not enough to discourage the use of a good old fashioned fire flying, lung busting toke.

A water bong without water and a free base attachment allows one to receive monstrous enough quantities of smoke to break through in a single inhalation. Typical method I would recommend is not even bothering with weighing it out. Piling on as much molecule as possible above a herbal mixture (dried parsley etc) and going at it until you no longer know what exactly the act of smoking is.

Also I strongly recommend avoiding freebase pipes which are straight such as the initial image shown as they can provide the sensation of being stabbed in the throat as unimaginably hot vapor slams into the tonsils which is a less than desirable state to start an experience off with.

sorry to burst anyones bubble, but if you find a way to make your own freebase pipe, then do it...

having a TWEAK pipe at your house is not a good idea in the first place, but really its one of the grosses things to smoke out of in my opinion...

plus it worries me that it can produce smoke without even being LOADED with anything.. (when bought brand new or even washed clean)

my guess honestly is that it is some kind of glass /plastic (little bit of a polymer or something) hybrid, as when i use to use it back then for things, it caused many problems...

id stay away from it if i was you guys,,

try making a freebase pipe out of metal instead (like bronze)



idk, i just dont think advertising tweak pipes on this forum is a good idea..

they suck IMO
