guys got a pal in france who is after naphtha, hes not a fluent french speaker , how does alcool a bruler sound (ethonal and methonal CH3–CH2-OH) or is it the zippo route , plenty of gitanes and zippos here:d

I'm French myself, what he's looking for is Essence C or F. C is lighter, better for recrystallisation. Can be found in any hardware store and is way cheaper than zippo fluid.

(Note that it took me a while to figure this out and they're definitely the best solvents you can get in France. Alcool à bruler is usually ~90% ethanol and 10% methanol, so it won't be of much help. Essence C all the way.)

merci, got the f the other day but will look out for c  How about petrole desaromatise? Been looking in carrefour and bricolage , lots of essence f but no C, will try bricodepot aswell.
