Gel like conglomerates (so far)

I did an A/B extraction and now, there are little gel-like conglomerations all over the bottom of this pyrex dish that smell sorta like mimosa (same sorta smell but not quite the same) with the naptha on top.

Two questions:

1. I let the naptha largely evaporate (not sure how much, probably like 50%) before I put it in the freezer. How long should I let the dish stay in the freezer before I see any crystals, if any? And,

2. Is it "normal" or good that there are white (some yellow) gel-like conglomerates? What does that mean? Will they ever become crystals, based on these things I've mentioned?

The freezer is -22 C, so that's not an issue.
 
I mean, if you can make a rough estimate as to the answer to my previous question..assuming a rough estimate can even be made given the information I've provided.
