So, you're asking if this activity is dangerous? Other than the inhalation of combustion products, a.k.a. smoking, carrying an intrinsic risk, the first thing to consider is whether you are taking any medications - formally or otherwise - and to be aware of the possibility of drug-drug interactions:

Besides that, there are some unknowns with respect to dosage, since you'd need to know the concentration of the caapi tincture, its mixing ratio with the harmala seed, the final proportion after evaporation, and the initial alkaloid concentration of the components.

All that being said, it seems highly unlikely that harmala alkaloids would make up more than 10% of the product, and smoking 20mg of harmalas (i.e. 10% of 0.2g) is unlikely to present a significant risk.

These concentrations and ratios are all things one should be aware of when producing a herbal extract blend. If it was produced by a third party there is always a risk, however small, that unknown contamination could be present.
