I have been doing microdosing , sometimes for 3 weeks in a raw. Also 10 to 30mg. But i took it in the morning, as i wake up, before a morning meditation. I found that it works mostly with intention - the effect is in fact really subtle. But it allow me to "reset" my consciousness many many times in the day, and come back to the awarness of my body and feelings, my posture and breathing (farming becomes more a form of chi kung exercice). I get easily traped in the dayflow in general, so this allow me to step back for a second and make me more "centered", bringing the benefits of meditation in daily life.
When i did it for 3 weeks, i felt a form of "build up" of the Harmal spirit, enhancing wisdom and greater thoughts. In a way, it can also bring more "work" to the surface.
I never felt anybody load, and the bitterness became kind of a nice thing, having a immediate effect, as the body recognise the power of the medicine.
I "accidentaly" snack on tiny aborts of Cubensis, which then sometimes make much more effect than expected. But not sure it's link to the harmal, as any microdose of tryptamine can make unproportional effect on me.
The post above inspired me, and as i'm starting to microdose again, i will try it at night (i think, i did it in the morning because full dose of harmala make me extremely relax, but NOT able AT ALL to sleep. but a microdose is another story, so we will see)
