as for taking the san pedro, maybe check out the resin tek, as it is quite easy and seems very effective way of getting alkaloids from the cactus. Plus the fact that you can roll the resin into little pellets, and roll them around in some flour and the swallow it without feeling any taste at all, is great (cactus tastes horrible) !
