As I write this, I am sat in a coffee shop in New York. I see all of these people, including myself, enjoying the product of a natural plant. This plant is not a DMT producing plant, but a plant that produces a different kind of drug. A one which the government allows us to use because it keeps the population in an alert and problem solving state of consciousness. That drug is coffee.
I have been interested in DMT, more specifically Ayahuasca, for quite some time now, although I have not had the opportunity to ingest the wonderful natural product. Instead of jointing the Nexus, I decided to lurk around for a while, and try to gain as much information as possible before joining, in order to prevent reducing the quality of threads in this community. Although there is only so much lurking one can do, without getting answers to many questions you can build up. I have decided to finally join the Nexus in the hope that I can build my knowledge of both DMT and Ayahuasca, and in turn pass on my knowledge to others.
Once I do take the spice, I am hoping to get an insight into why we are here, what we are, what is consciousness and to try and get rid of bad energy in my life. I hope that by learning as much as possible before embarking on this magical journey through the hyperspace, I am fully prepared for what I will find out and encounter upon my travels.
Back to my original paragraph. I believe, by being an active member in many communities (not under this alias), I can share my knowledge and help change peoples views and opinions on not only DMT, but on the fundamental right of human beings - we should have the right to alter our consciousness or state of mind, that is our choice as intellectual human beings. It is not the governments right to deny us of our most basic human right, although through Propaganda, the government seems to have done a good job in denying us this right.
I don’t want to get into the politics of choice and free will in too much detail, so I would like to end with a phrase which I believe to be truly great (It is also in my signature!) “We live in a society that will send us to prison if we make use of time-honoured sacred plants to explore our own consciousness. Yet surly the exploration of the miracle of our consciousness is the essence of what it is to be human?”
