Rising Star
Hello people of the Nexus :d
I'm Violet, a user mainly from the Shroomery's mushroom cultivation forum.
There I'm known as the single largest proponent of the second newest mushroom cultivation technique introduced to the public dialogue - a technique originated by Anne Halonium and spun by myself into a more introductory yet fully expandable form - not without some level of controversy, despite being a prominent and mostly respected member of the forum there.
That tek is posted on the Shroomery HERE
Anne and others have done me the honor of "naming it after me" to the title of V-Tek, but I always hope that a more apt name for the tek appears to take over! I'll be the first to change to it and stick to it if so.
In the meanwhile, the most brief technique-described name I can come up with is watered whole grain cakes.
Though I have several noteworthy posts on Shroomery's cultivation board,
I feel strongly that my most important contribution is my culturing technique.
From the perspective of my whole grow methodology as I do it, Violet-style as it were, the "V-tek" is little more than a fully expanded version of the "grain petri" tek with x4-5 the substrate loaded per container, cropped in a fruiting chamber of most any sort.
I'm here on the Nexus in part to find a new (and mentally freer) port into which to sail my ship of cultivation techniques, experiences, and paradigm developments...
... But to be honest, my main inspiration here is to continually nag Anne into posting her complete series of Pom teks!
I have learned the most basics of her Poms 1 tek, and know roughly the gist of Poms 2 with extremely limited experience.
In an attempt to bring understanding and some excitement to the progression into these teks, I created this simple and brief introduction to poms 1 posted on the Shroomery.
My little buddy is this All-American 10qt pressure cooker! 8)
I'm greatly looking forward to joining in on and helping to further develop the mushroom cultivation community here!
Love, and Light, to you all.
