Hello endlessness . I have done Psilocybe semilanceata couple of times, then some kind of shrooms from Southern America once but I didn't get their names but experience was 10x better than with Psilocybe semilanceata - basically it was just full LOVE if I should describe it in a small short sentence. Then I have tried Penis Envy once and have done 25I-NBOMe for 6 times. 25I-NBOMe was... odd - it was interesting and rewarding lesson then butI wouldn't do it again anymore, I wrote a trip report about it and if you would like to read then please be my guest - Are those Alien patterns inside wall? I haven't had DMT but I will go to Ayahuasca ceremony this weekend and I'm really excited but at the same time a bit nervous. I'm excited because I have read about it for 4-5 years but I didn't feel mentally ready for it until now. Yet I am still little bit nervous because it will be new experience and something completely different when compared to shrooms or 25I. Then again I have known the Shaman who is ceremony master for years and I trust Him.
Mainly I was worried about the right mindset but I have done yoga for the whole week and relaxed myself to get my mind set and ready. My main worry was the diet - there are SO many different sites saying SO MANY different things what to do and what not to do. One source says that do not have sex a week before the ceremony. Then other source says it is OK to have a sex before the ceremony. One source says that do not eat peanuts, banana and drink wine for a week before ceremony etc but then again other source says that you shouldn't eat cheese and drink alcohol 24 hours before the ceremony and everything else is fine.
But I have talked with Shaman about this and he told me that just avoid cheese and alcohol day before the ceremony and everything else is good - and I trust Him.
My interest in general actually might not look very "DMT" - I like marketing and that's what I do everyday. Main reason is that I wanna get healed and be a better person. By healed I mean that there are still some particular things inside me that I wanna get rid of and overcome. There already are some things that I have overcome (thanks to Shrooms and 25I-NBOMe) but there are still some things left to be fixed.

Hi Spacecake and welcome. Wow you're in a great position to know your very own shaman:thumb_up: . Wouldn't mind being in your shoes as I'd love to attend a proper ceremony... maybe one day... but do I really need it? idk... smoke and home-brew it is then.

Hello Clockwork Maggot and thank you! I feel safe to known him because I know lots of people who have done the ceremony with him and they only have told great things about him so it makes me feel alot more secure. He used to be Osho's student and his wisdom is shining through his eyes when he looks at your eyes, so all of this gives me security.

Welcome to the Nexus, glad to have you on board. There are lots of knowledgeable people around here that can help in many ways. However, as was already stated the use of these substances, specifically smoked DMT,often leaves one with more questions then answers.
And another nexian likes to say, I'm paraphrasing here so forgive me, DMT is unbeleiavlably powerful and it can ruin you. Tread lightly my friend and always approach these molecules with reference and respect. It may seem cliche or overexxageratted but trust me, I've yet to have a completely soul shaking DMT experience but my experience with it already shows me it is by far more powerful then LSD and other oral hallucinogens.
If you approach every experience with the intent to just let go and allow it to take you were it can you may find beauty , horror, fear, astonishment, wonder, amazement, etc. Just don't ever approach it recklessly or thinking you can handle anything it throws at you as I assure you it is by far more powerful then any human mind ..
