Help me with a class project!

Hi all, I need some help with a research project for my advanced biochemistry class! I'm doing a presentation on the interaction between 5-HT2Ar agonists and the active site of the receptor itself. Any kind of material you might have would be awesome: characterization of hydrogen bonding, how that triggers confrontational changes, visualization, anything!).

I'm doing my own search of the literature, but I figure that there are so many experts here, it would be silly not to pick your brains d:

Primary research articles (full text or citations, I have institutional access) are most appreciated.

Certainly not an expert on serotonin biochemistry, but I searched out a few papers that might be useful. I would also say the Protein Data Base and modeling programs like Chimera/Pymol will be your friend on this (though I imagine your course has pointed these out).

Also, if I'm not mistaken, if the 25-I-NBO and bromo-dragonfly drugs are considered full agonists, then it would be good to look into their design based on the scientists who made them like Nichols (I think). I'm sure there's papers out there if you do some browsing. Also, just a thorough understanding of GPCRs is helpful. Good luck with your paper!
