Hows everyone doing this lovely evening?

Just joined up. I skimmed through the rules, probably should have read them fully... but...

Took me a while to sign up though (god I hate captchas... :p)

but uhh have a question or two for y'all.

I haven't been diagnosed in about a year or so... and I've long stopped taking my psych meds ( 2 months clean, best decision of my life :d) but apparently I'm borderline schizophrenic or just heavily deluded.

I've been in several psychiatric centers for various reasons... but I'm honestly feeling the best i've felt in years!

So I'm wondering. How dumb is it to experiment with DMT at this current stage in my life?

I think shizophrenia might be a little more common than most people realize, meditation and conscious awareness is all that is required. Truly, meditation is a cure for supposed mental illness. I truly am affected by the fear of schizophrenia as it has been constantly told to me that i have a family history of "it". I have found that through a positive but meditative outlook, schizophrenia is truly a beneficial thing. I have used LSD to induce a potentially inactive schizophrenic state, and truly LSD+paranoia is powerless against the healing power of self-love and meditation.

I don't really know what stage you're at in life, that's for you to decide.

I've taken psychedelics with one diagnosed schizophrenic, and she did wonderfully every time. I'm not recommending you to take psychedelics, but you'll find there's really not a good answer in respect to whether or not schizophrenics should be taking psychedelics. It's the individuals call.

It's a gamble and if you're doing well now without the meds, maybe you shouldn't take risks.

It might be too bold to say that we are all cut from the same cloth, but any matter, I assume we share different unique experience. I believe it can be said that taking any step into the unknown, a game changer, if you make it one, can be eased into. If you notice cognitive disruptions and cant think straight any more, then stop. Nothing wrong with a little curiosity. ?
