How does your cactus garden grow? (Cactus pic thread)

Migrated topic.
Trichocereus peruvianus ("Serra Blue") x Trichocereus bridgesii ("SS02")
- Had moved this one out from the grow room and she's still adjusting to outdoor life, and started getting a little too much sun, so she back under the patio table umbrella to harden off a little longer, hopefully its not burnt too badly.

Comfy cat in awkward position, dangling legs and all. My cat rubs her face on various cacti I have, and I'm always amazed that she never reacts to seem as if she get poked. In winter she'll sleep on / in the pots if I don't allocate her a couple foot area and bed.

I definitely have some weird cats, I've got cat trees all over the house, but they prefer to sleep and play with the dogs ( Pitbulls/ Cane Corso x Staffy and Doberman) and they are the ones who rule the house, they sleep in cacti pots to sun them self! quite the characters

I too see my cats constantly rubbing up against cacti and I'm amazed they don't get poked, I beleive its apart of their grooming routine! Very interesting though that its not only my kittys!

I'm jealous. One my cats turned one of my overwintering peruvianus into a litter box because she didnt want to poop in the cold. Sadly the peruvianus didnt make it :'(

@SkunK photobomb away! Loving the pics

My cats are strictly Indoor kittys, one I hold hostage and is cat-napped , have to watch the doors when dogs are going in and out as he like to sneak out. I also have to watch what they decide to chew on! luckly they haven't decided to poop in mu cacti pots and only sleep on them and rub them!

They did go ape shit the other day trying to catch a bee that got in and was buzzing around the window. thdy knocked over a whole shelf of tropical house plants. Was quite the mess and I was pretty pissed off untill the came to give head bumps and some meows!

I'm prertry lucky, with some awesome kittys and doggos. Best trip sitters around!

Olllie's pretty cool too except when he's eatting my Peyote seed or bugging the dogs!

This ones really gets my attention everytime I go into my Indoor garden, nestled beside a beautifly Sally D.... No lie I can just sit with my morning tea and enjoy its company! Its been feeling really good for my mental and physical well being to be getting my garden and plants growing again. I know others who grow will understand how healing these plants can be to ones soul just sitting with them and not even consuming them!

Someone take the knife away from this guy......This week alone I have taken 10 Grafts... These were a a few days ago... I have a thing for grafting multiple Lophophor Williamsii on to multi headed Trich's... This one will be gifted to a new grower, kind of a sampler pack where they can either degraft or do what they want with.

I feel the same way about my grafted loph - they're amazing, so vibrant and plump 😊

My 'sandwich graft' needs sorting out - the bridgesii chunk has thrown out a pup, while the loph just sits there existing, quite unlike a successful loph graft. I'm in two minds whether to regraft now, or to let the pup grow big enough for removal.

Of course, I've plenty of options for grafting the pup, so maybe that can come off as soon as I'm ready.sandwich pup

Maybe for shits and giggles I should get a graft and Stack Lophophora Williamsii and hit each graft with some BAP ((6-Benzylaminopurine) , make a towering monstrosity abomination
