The discoloration will be superficial if it's oxidation; on closer inspection it seems more like localised areas of polymerisation, since some of the surrounding crystals have remained perfectly clear. It's hardly worth doing a clean up (re-x or mini A/B) on what looks like a tiny amount unless you want to practice your skills in handling small quantities of material. Even then you'd be losing some to residual saturation of the cold naphtha.
