How often is too often?

Would like to know the general community consensus of what you would consider unhealthy in terms of how frequently you use dmt?
Maybe twice a month I travel to hyperspace, personally, I would not consider this to be too often.
Would like to hear people's thoughts on this topic :thumb_up:

Edit: Some people can manage and grow from highly frequent use. Some it's only appropriate for every now and then. The above post should help you decide what works best for you as well as some information in the faq.
