What would be the advantage of a pdf file? I'm not that informed about IT related matters

Some prefer it to a image. It's kinda the standard way of doing teks. Realize your tek will be all over the internet if it is good and picked up by other sites.

Nice work but I am not convinced this as a safe tek.

The part where you say to just poor 100 grams of lye in water seems unsafe.
Also there is to much plastic in the tek to my liking

I never had a problem with the lye.
1.6 liters is enough water to keep it from boiling.

And too much plastic? :?:
Only 1 plastic chemical resistant container, that's where it goes to freeze precip. But glass can also be used. Won't be able to just shake loose the crystals though

But on the other hand, you never know what people might do so maybe I should put some extra warnings in.

They are refering to the 2L bottle you had your mix in. Is it safe? Or are there carsonigens? (spelling)
I think the teks now a days are using less plastic for health and safty.

It's a large 2.5 liter glass vase :?
But even if, my solvent comes in a PET bottle (triangle with a 1 in it) So that probably means pet is resistant to that solvent

You use a metal stirrer. Better use some other material, the lye is reacting to metal. Your MHRB looks so white, i can't believe you getting 1.4 gram out of 100 gr MHRB. It looks like it's not the only the inner root. Good work though!

It's a small magnet with a chemical resistant coating which spins inside the vessel creating a vortex.

Lye will not react with stainless steel but can dissolve glass.

Most plastics are safe.
