I need advice about my first harmala extraction

Hello I'm trying to do my first extraction of harmala alkaloids from rue. I have stalled waiting for my layers to separate. I realized when I started to base out the alks that i had added too much vinegar for my pulls (no test strips, should have recorded the volume) and the soda ash wasn't good enough and I added too much soda ash solution when the color of the brew was not changing to milky. Now I have 3 layers sitting in a jar, I think I should decant but I don't know what to do after that. I am a noob doing his first extraction so any help would be appreciated.

A little more info, I'm using the Tao of Rue as my guide. I had finished with 5 boils (now I know about THP) and I filtered it a lot, I although i think i should have decanted instead of going straight to base.
