Imipramine Interaction

I'd like to share my first DMT experience with a close friend but he takes Imipramine. I'm planning on smoking Changa which is out of the question for my friend due to the inclusion of a MAOI. Any idea whether straight DMT will adversely react with the Imipramine?

There are no major hazards with vaporised DMT and imipramine; I wonder if it may alter the flavour of the experience in some way due to the effects of tricyclics (of which imipramine is an example) on several different neurotransmitters.Imipramine is not an MAOI.

Thanks for the info. I'm glad to hear that DMT is a go with Imipramine.

I'm aware that Imipramine isn't an MAOI. My concern regarding Changa is that Imipramine and MAOI's shouldn't be combined, and one component of Changa is an MAOI. Is this a valid concern?
