I am new to DMT and I am medicated for depression so I am biased in both those respects. That eerie duality feeling that some people describe with DMT (I called it an "I am not me" realization in my intro.)seems to have surfaced a few times a day for the last couple months, ever since my first use, it is nowhere near the level I felt while on DMT but it is a definite echo, yesterday it stuck around all day. Does this go away, in an integration sense, or is it part of taking DMT? Does it get more pronounced with continued usage?
