Is it a coïncidence that so many NMDA-antagonists are also acetylcholinesterase inhibitors?

Migrated topic.
It would be great if you could pad out this question with a few examples.

Then I might feel inspired to examine the differences between ACE inhibitors that are or are not NMDA antagonists 😉

Well, the first that come to mind are ibogaïne it's analogues, galantamine, huperzine and agmatine.

Interesting... my first thought was "well, what about ketamine?" But a quick google search reveals that ket is in fact an M1 blocker, and I'd guess that other disassociates share this property. Might explain the psychosis and mania some experience from these compounds.
