Is the Body Load for Ingested Freebase DMT the Same as Mimosa Tea?

Hello! I tried mimosa tea once, though only held it down for 12 minutes.... yet the body load and nausea was so intense that I felt as though I could not possibly be any more dizzy or barfy while still remaining conscious....and this super dizzy body load lasted for 12 hours, while the mild psychedelic effects lasted only an hour or so. Though I don't know if this severe body load was the result of too much Syrian Rue, or if it was the mimosa.

Should I expect my ass to be just as hard from freebase, or is the body load different?

SWIM has tried mimosa tea, freebase white DMT and Jimjam (full alkaloid from limonene) acetates

Mimosa made him feel like he was going to purge, though he only did near the end of the trip. (long story)

Freebase DMT gave him a sickly feeling that made him feel the need to purge and ended up forcing a purge.

Jimjam acetates gave a similar sickly feeling but much less. He only purged because the dose was much more than he could handle and he wanted it to stop getting stronger, it was not because of any nausea or discomfort. (another long story :P)

So to answer straight out: Mimosa produces slightly more nausea and freebase produces more than (vinegar dissolved) acetates.

lol. Thanks, so the answser is... they all pretty much make you feel sick.

Does smoking or snuffing or injecting also make a person feel sick or extremely dizzy?

smoking freebase hasn't made me feel ill. however I have herd of friends purging on freebase, and users here report a purge from changa I believe, haven't tried it myself.

psychedelics of any kind can make you sick though, I have found.

Actually freebase makes you fill sick, but the salt form won't (or just to a minor degree). That's some of my friends experience and you will see similar reports all over the net. That's strange as the freebase should be converted in hydrochloric salt in the stomach, but apparently something else happens in you digestive trait that makes you feel sick.

Thus if you have the freebase dissolve it in acidic water (just a pinch of vinegar will do). It will take a while to dissolve as the freebase is insoluble in water, but eventually with some stirring and mashing with a spoon it will be dissolved. Use about 15-20 ml of water per 50 mg of freebase and it should work out fine. of course the MAOI used may very well make you sick, but that's another issue!

Yep to what picatris said. The issue is that the conversion to HCl saltis not immediate in the stomach, just the same as trying to dissolve it in vinegar or orange juice will take a while of mixing and mashing.. So this generates a very uncomfortable feeling, feels caustic, and sometimes the taste seems to come up..

but yeah any psychedelics can cause a certain degree of nausea, probably mostly (or at least in big part) due to serotonin signalling in the guts. Swallowing ginger or ginger extract (not tea, gotta ingest the solids) will help as ginger has a 5-HT3 antagonist.

Now, if the original question was: "Does mimosa tea have the same body load as pure dmt salt ? " , my answer would be no, because mimosa tea, appart from alkaloids, also has plant oils and astringent substances that increase the bad taste and the nausea. Personally Id rather not drink mimosa, but use whole plant with ayahuasca (b caapi + p viridis), or purified dmt salt (fumarate) and pure harmalas extracted from rue.

(hehhehe)

I actually suspect psychedelics naturally trigger the "i've been poisoned" safety-response in the body. Evolution wouldn't get us very far if we let just "any crazy thing" we eat with such effects stay in the body!

The body must also learn. go slow and small and it may get better in time. These are exercises and your body needs to adjust.

You'll get there in time!
