Is the spice water soluble?

Hi, fairly new to this realm... only being using dry roses.... anyways.....im think of using a bub w/ water.... that way more smoke and less harsh... how much of the spice will be caught in water? spice only....no plant.......

It's not suggested to smoke through a water filled pipe. The vapor condenses easily and you will waste a large amount that way i think.

really? huh....kinda bums me out.... % wise how much would i be wasting? i want to get huge rips....but sometimes the harshness kills me.... i was hopeing that id only waste like 5-10%....... any one else out there know exactly how much vapor would get trapped in the water? thanks

Just mix with some herb and toke. I've heard that makes it much smoother then freebasing it.
