Been sitting like 5 days

That's what the white is. It was clear until I shook it

Its not as white as the pic the flash lit it up but it is cloudy yellow ...

Well that's what it's supposed to look like right after you shake it.
If it clears between shakes you're good.

I didn't shake it vigorously... because I let it sit for like 3 days just tumbling it and my drawls we're clear. I was talking on the shroomery.... and they told me first off to come here, and also to do more than just a little slight roll I need to aggtate it a lot. So this was the first time that I actually Did more than a tumble..

I guess my main concern is Can the stuff Sit too long.

And how long should I wait for that to clear up before I start to get worried

It can sit indefinitely, don't worry about that. It's hard for me to tell what's going on in that pic, I've never seen the solvent turn opaque white, but if it's just a trick of the light and it's actually a kinda pissy yellow then that's a good thing, I'm always pleased to see the solvent turn yellow, generally a good sign.

It will do that - just wait until it's clear (colored is fine, but clear) before you separate.
The only problem with letting it sit so long is that you can get some dissolved plant material in your NP.
No problem, just extract as normal, and if you do it can be cleaned up later.

keep that over a sink btw. that glass looks kind of scratched up and lye etches glass. You don't want it to spontaneously shatter and make a mess. I had a nasty cleanup job the other day. spilled like 300ml of naptha in my freezer...

Glass is ok!!! That thin brown line is the plant matter Idk this fricking jar is looking crazy....different then any pics I ever seen. It all settled and I drew piss colored NP out if it.....I work with glass(not that makes me an expert in anything) but at any rate jar is ok...its also a green ball jar not clear .......not that it matters the flash messes up the pic everytime....

Then put more nap in it

It's fine.
All of that plant material is because it sat so long and the lye dissolved the bark.
