Is this Spice pure enough to smoke? Should SWIM wash?

So SWIM recently did a nice extraction from 1lb of MHRB (first time.) The spice looks and smells pretty pure & white.

Is there any reason to do an ammonia wash on the spice? SWIM doesn't want to lose any spice.

You can see a couple brown specs of stuff. But it's pretty rare/small.

A close up shows the brown specs a little better.

Overall i feel that it looks pretty pure. Is there going to be any impure white stuff other than DMT in the spice?
SWIM still has 2 more bowls to scrape.

El Ka Bong - Yeah this stuff is definitely smelly. So far im at 3.4 grams... but scale only weighs grams. I still have another dish in the freezer. It looks pretty promising right now. Hopefully another 0.5-1gram.
woah. The taste is awfully bitter/sour. No burning going on. And GOD DAMN I WANT TO SMOKE IT SOOOO BAD! I need something to smoke out of but don't have much around the house. The only thing i could possible make is a vapo out of a light bulb... but idk. Anyone have good experience with these things?

Hi BiNz, You did not mention which type of extraction method you were using. I assumed it was an AB tech. If so, at the start of this tech you will be using an acid bath to take your first extractions from. Simply place anything which you suspect may be holding Spice in the pot. This can be any thing from the rags you used to filter fluids or mop up spills, coffee filters or ammonia effluant. Save all this stuff for your next acid cook up. The spice will dissolve back into the acid and will be freely available for extraction on basification. I dont have any experiance with StB methods but Im sure with no great deal of thought it would be very simple to come up with some kind of retrieval proccess.

Have you seen posts on this forumn about the "machine" BiNz? I have not tried it personaly but it looks like detailed instructions on how to make a very effective pipe out of simple, commonly found, household objects

I used Marsofold's tek which produced great results.

I have seen the machine. My goal is to find a freebase pipe. But i don't believe meth has hit the east coast very hard yet. so the head shops don't really carry these pipes in my area.... i guess i must resort to making something.... prob the Machine.

that definately looks pure enough to smoke (especially if you are 100% positive that the spots are oils and not NaOH). If you are even slightly concerned with the safety of the spice it would be HIGHLY recommended to go through a recrystallization process (like the lex-coshi one).

and light bulbs seem to get mixed results...do the machine if so inclined towards indirect vaporization
