So a posted a thread a while ago about how i shook my jar up so hard, that the naphtha wouldn't separate no matter what i did. Well, i let the jar just sit in my closet for a few days, and day by day another millimeter, by millimeter i saw the level of naphtha rising. The separation was EXTREEMLY slow.
I did some math, and concluded that the layer of naphtha i was seeing on top of the lye/mhrb solution was roughly 950ml, most of the liter of naphtha that i had poured in side a few days earlier. So i decided it was time to take it out. I syringed that solution into a jar, did a few washes with sodium carbonate, then cold water. I stuck it in the freezer to percip.
I came back 30 hours later, and saw a good amount of crystals floating around in my jar. They just didn't want to settle. So i decided to just pour it into another container, and let it evap. So i did, i poured the contents of the jar into another container and set it outside. At this point the naphtha and crystals were still cold, and i could see the crystals floating around, but that's it! There was absolutely NOTHING else floating in that container.
I came back an hour later, and saw that a bit had evaporated, and the crystals were gone. Probably melted and redissolved back into the naphtha, so i didn't think anything of it. I left for another hour and came back again, this time i was to meet a new friend that decided to make home in my naphtha. There was still a good deal of naphtha left (600ml), crystals were still not visible, but i was presented with a quarter sized blob of orange liquid chilling at the bottom of my container like he owns the place. I don't know what it was, or where it came from. I dont even know how it could have formed in a mere hour. But there was nothing i could do, it was there and i had to live with it. I'm still evaping the naphtha, and the nice lump of goo is still sitting there. Did it fall into my container from the sky?
My idea is that when the crystals returned to normal temperature, they redissolved in the naphtha, and for some reason decided to join into a super blob of orange stuff. I really don't have another explanation to what it is. I could expect something like this to happen when there was nearly no naphtha left, but at 600ml i dont quite understand.
It is my personal belief that the more you mix your naphtha with the lye/mhrb solution, the more dmt is picked up by the naphtha. Therefore to get a rich DMT filled pull, you should shake as hard as you can for a few minutes, and just wait it out for the naphtha to separate, even if it takes 2 days. Keeping my naphtha mixed for so long with the mhrb, i believe i extracted some jungle spice, and it grouped together inside my evaporation container for reasons unknown.
Any ideas?
Btw, i just made all that up^^. Just saying.
