I try to share a beautiful 5 g dried Mushroom trip I had two days ago:
I planed to go to my "place" in nature. Near my home. Next to an old oak tree and a river. Normally I sit therer sober for some hours.
I woke up 5 am and prepared water, a pillow, sleeping bag. I took the mushies 5:30 and then walked 2,5 km to the place. It was a "long" walk, I was so happy and tired after sitting down at my oak. My pants were totally wet from the dew in the long grass. It started slowly. I thougt and felt about some difficlut experiences the past days and weeks. After 1,5 h it did not get stronger which was a little bit surprising, I had the feeling to go "home" again, because of my wet pants and the mild effects. But then after 2 hours it came on strong. It was just there. It started with some mild earthy mandalas and then suddenly I was in this undescribable "I am" state, which felt like the after peak of a 5-Meo experience. Wow. After this a one hour ecstasy followed. I laughed and moaned. The peak was the realisation of the "I love you" which is the source of all things and life. This "I love you" speaks through all that is - to me, in me. I repeated it with my voice all the time. It was so beautiful. There were no boundaries. God says this to me, I say this to god, ... that makes no difference.
I slowly faded out of this with much laughter and a beautiful sun glittering through the leaves of the tree like a diamond. Such a gift. So surprising after the slow beginning. This was my "strongest" experience since my psilohuasca ten years before, were I was in complete unity for some hours. I waited and hoped for this a long time since.
I did a lot of work, and started traumatic healing for some month. This was a big lesson in self love. Thank you.
