Would it work to follow a dry Tek up to the point of non polar solvent pull. Then instead add more water, stir and filter. Then do liquid to liquid non polar solvent pulls?

You may have to write out the individual steps of the process as you envisage it in far more detail. At present it's not making much sense as to what you're actually asking about. What was your motivation in coming up with scheme? An analogy to the STB methods, perhaps?
I think most of the DMT would be likely to remain in the filter, but I could be wrong. If you're sure about the steps you'd be taking you could try it anyway. The least we'd learn could be that it's a waste of time and materials, but there might somehow turn out to be an unexpected advantage, like recovering extra-pure DMT by washing through the filter with NPS, except that's far less of a prediction than my saying "it won't work".
