List of maoi containing plants

I tried but couldn't find anything like this either on wiki or forum. My main goal is to list plants of interest mostly because I am unable to buy Banisteriopsis caapi or Peganum harmala because I live in stupid country and don't want to risk anything. (If I remember correctly one guy ordered Salvia and although it wasn't illegal at the time he nevertheless somehow got significant media attention - I don't want that)

So, my main goal is to list all and every maoi plants for anyone who is in similar situation as me. To list everything with info on where it grows, how strong of maoi it is, and any speculations.

I think I found few good candidates. For now I will just leave to link to some scientific papers which I believe are of interest for this project.

Species from Angelica genus are interesting for me.
IC50 (μM) for decursin from A. gigas is 0.6 for mao a and 70.5 for mao b.
A. pubescens looks promising to and A. decursiva although not so much as first two.

A. gigas is native to Japan and Korea and can grow in Europe other two are found in similar areas.

Someone here posted following

"T. latifolia is an ingredient in Sehoere, a South African brew used for divination, which also contained phalaris. (Voogelbreinder, 61)"

On other place I also find same info except Pharagmites australis is mentioned. Both pharagmites and phalaris contain DMT. There is some findings of DMT in Typha but I believe its probably used as maoi.

I know I found some paper of Thypa showing maoi activity but for love of God I couldn't find it. In Sehoere sometimes burned human flesh is added but I doubt it has significant maoi activity 😂
