Male/Female Ratio among DMT Users/Nexus Members

This is a curiosity of my own, but I figured it may have some relevance in the study of the DMT culture as well. It seems to me that there is many more males than females on the Nexus, but In the electronic era there isn't any way to tell for sure. Please answer honestly or don't answer.

And yes, I put the "I am female." answer first because my wife reminds me, she is my better half .

EDIT: EDIT: We'll leave it as it is. Just to clarify: The word 'Sex' as it is used in this context is not intended to mean sexual orientation, or gender that we most relate to, or anything more. Because there is no clearer way to put it than this: 'Male' refers to people who have a penis. 'Female' refers to people that have a vagina. If you have both a penis and a vagina, then I apologize to you for not including 'Hermaphrodite'.

I have often wondered what causes the very high ratio of males to females when it comes to psychedelics. (I am jumping to the conclusion that there are more males) I think when it comes to weed alone, it may be a bit closer to equal, but still probably male heavy.

I read in my anthropology class that in many cultures, the men do the more risky work, such as hunting, cutting wood, etc. The reasons for this may be many, including such things as physical size, or the fact that women bear the children (thus they're more important). So maybe men are more hardwired to crave risk and exploration? Is it a product of certain cultural elements?

Maybe the female psychonauts don't like internet forums?

I've also wondered if the trips are markedly different for females, but then, trips vary wildly from person to person and from trip to trip.

In any case, I applaud psychonauts of the female variety! I wish I knew some personally!

It is really fascinating that entheogens seem to draw predominantly more male interest on the forum, so as it seems but it might not actually be the case... Though I truly cant think of a logical or legitimate reason why? I think it comes down more to whether you are looking for growth through difficult experiences or to be challenged, which is more reliant on someones character or life perspective rather than gender.

I was saying as in I cant think of one legitimate reason why, not that I couldn't think of any of the many reasons that could contribute to this being the case. Just had to clear up this slight misunderstanding.
