maoi = continuous dmt smoking?

Hello, Ive been scroungy around the forum trying to find an answer to this but if one were to take say 200mg of thh orally would they be able to keep smoking dmt/changa with out that one hour tolerance factor taking place. Ive seen some people speak of it on here but not very in depth. I feel it would be a wonderful way to explore the dmt realm deeply
